Sales Policy
Jwellery by kajal enters into a binding agreement once the order is placed by you i.e. (buyer) and accepted by us (the seller). Once the order is confirmed the price mentioned in the invoice by the seller will be the final price and it will be included of taxes and shipment.

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
After placing an order, customers have the option to cancel the order within one hour. The refund for the cancellation will be processed within 10 working days through the same payment mode. Please note that charges (including gateway charges) will be deducted.
For returns, customers must inform Jwellery by Kajal via email (with the order number, invoice copy, and product image) at care@jewelrybykajal.com within 24 hours of delivery.
